Council Housing and Applying for Housing

Welcome to this new page on my website which I hope will give you some useful information from applying for council housing, how the council's waiting list and points system works, who to contact and the role of the councillor when applying for housing.

If you need any assistance when applying for council housing please contact you local estate office or if you prefer contact me for assistance or advice. I was also pleased to support a revised points allocation when applying for council housing which takes affect from 1st February 2011. The main changes are local connection and borough connection which is increased from 25 to 45 points
